The visit of Kedarnath also includes an uphill trek of approximately 18 km that may be undertaken by foot or with the help of Ponies. Post the 2013 floods; the destination has been developed with a new trek path and better places to rest, eat and medical facilities. After spending the night at Kedarnath and viewing the ‘Rudra-Abhishek in the morning, we shall head back to Gaurikund and then to Badrinath.
