Day 1 – The day begins with a visit to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. This is a very sacred place for Hindus. Next, to the Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya is the Sita Ki Rasoi or Sita’s kitchen. We then go to the Hanuman Garhi. Hindus believe that praying here brings you happiness and wealth. Among the Ayodhya places to visit this temple has great importance too.

Day 2 – Our first stop is Guptar Ghat on the banks of the Saryu River. This is the place where Lord Rama took jal-samadhi and returned to Vaikuntha. Next, we pray at another Ayodhya temple called the Chakra Harji Vishnu temple. After lunch, we shall visit the Kanak Bhawan, another beautiful Ram temple.

Day 3 – Today we take a 20-minute drive to Faizabad to see the famous Moti Mahal. This was built by Nawab Shuja-ud-daulah for his wife Bahu Begum in 1743. We return to the Ayodhya town centre for lunch. Tulsi Smarak Bhawan is our next stop. This place was built in honour of the Sant Tulsidas and is part of the Ayodhya tourism circuit. Regular bhajans and kirtans are performed here.

Day 4 – On the last day, we drive to the Ayodhya Hills for a picnic. Among the tourist places in Ayodhya, the Gorshabru peak is the most beautiful. We shall visit the scenic Upper & Lower Ayodhya Dams and Tarpania and Khairaberia Lakes. This ends the beautiful trip filled with natural beauty and religious experience.
